There are two centres in these neighbour- hoods linked by a huge Boulevard the Terez, Erzsebet & Jozef. The Nyugati train station recons it's the centre of town & the station (designed by the Eiffel brothers) could not receive nor generate a higher pulse than it is now. Its nicely laid out in manageable blocks for good navigation and rapid 24-hour recollection.
The area is somewhat civilised by the introduction of the massive Andrassy Avenue .......

The undergrounds all meet under the Deak Ferenc square. And that's probably why! The area seems to be always under construction or at least wish it was.
