Lehel Market

Everything you can imagine to eat. All the freshest stuff from local farmers and producers, fruit and veg, all meat products (some parts of the animals that people eat around here might come as a surprise), pickles, wild mushrooms, herbs, honey and anything you want. The building alone worths the experience, it forms an enormous ship, some hate, some love. Cafes and bars upstairs, gypsy ladies selling cheap cigarettes and underwear....or bunches of lavender at the front.

Market halle, Vamhaz krt just at the end of Szabadsag Bridge.. The market hall experience all the best in local meats sausages, gooLashess, peppered hams & goose liver products --- more than you could ever eat. Fresh vegetables & fruits from around the world. Gimmicks & gizmos, handcrafts, folk arts & many different styles of food & drink bars go to make this a fun time. The building it's self is a wondrous thing I never did get to find out much history regarding it although I go there all the time & will continue to do so for as long as the wine pumps through my veins...........
